Acorn's Top Ten
We all have favorites...
Do you like lists?
Good.
I like lists, too!
To celebrate us liking lists so much, here is my spontaneously-created-in-no-way-exhaustive top ten things I’ve written so far. It might be different tomorrow, but for now, here it is.
I hope you enjoy it.

Note: If you’re new here, any of these stories would be a great place to start. If you’ve already read everything I’ve ever written…well…you can tell me why I’m wrong 😊 Also, I am aware that picking my own stuff is kinda self-indulgent, but a lot of people ask me what my favorite story is. This article will answer that question, at least for now.
10 — WET
This was the first novella I serialized on Substack.
It takes place in an adults-only resort over an entire summer, and every chapter is a little vignette of a sexy thing that happened. It’s long, and its fun, and lots of it is free. I like it very much, and you guys seemed to like it too! That’s why it’s at number ten in my list. Click here to read it…
9 — I lay on top of my geeky friend to keep him warm…
This is the story that started it all off. It wasn’t the first erotic story I ever wrote, but it was the first one that had people messaging me begging for me to continue, and when that happens it is a very special feeling.
Personally, I think my writing has improved significantly since I wrote it, but this list wouldn’t be complete without it, and it’s still one of my most popular stories ever.
And also it’s very hot. Obviously. Click here to read it…
8 — I tried doing ASMR and accidentally made my friend hard...
Another confessional story on the list, but what can I say? I just love it when something starts out innocent but twists and contorts into naughtiness and unspoken horniness…
This is one of my favorite examples of that dynamic. Click here to read it…
7 — Are My Stories True?
I love this article because its like nothing else I’ve ever written.
If I had to give it a genre, I’d say it was a meta-textual self-referential philosophical erotica, and I don’t think there’s many other people writing those. So that’s cool. And if you’re in any doubt, its also still kinda hot 😬 Click here to see if you agree.
6 — The First Session
Generally speaking, I’m not sure that erotic poetry is very popular, but I enjoy writing it, and you guys seem to enjoy it, too. This is one of my faves.
It can be hard to be sexy in such few words…
5 — You want me to do WHAT!?
Teasing. Tension. Embarrassment. Unspoken desires. Certain face-related-sitting-acts.
Oh look, it’s all my favorite things!
Oh, and I think I really nailed the last line 👀
4 — Red Velvet
At one point, I was planning to make a book of short stories that all featured food, like the story I wrote about two chefs reaching boiling point, or the story of me serving my friends lemonade while naked.
I’m not sure how much appetite (pun intended) there is for that sort of thing, so I stopped working on it. That said, Red Velvet made it out into the wild, and for that, I’m glad.
3 – Lovetech Nano/Proxy
Before I wrote erotica, I wrote horror and science fiction. I don’t tend to think about that stuff so much now, as those genres don’t typically lend themselves to sexy writing…
…except when they do.
2 — Read Receipts
This one is not actually on Substack, so unfortunately you can only get it in book form, but that doesn’t stop it from being one of my favorite things I’ve ever written.
The whole plot takes part over text messages, with no descriptions or character directions. Like all the other stories on this list, I think it’s hot as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuu 😩
1 — Room For Rent
I mean…what can I say?
It’s simply the best thing I’ve written.
And probably—if we’re being honest—my personal fantasy.
That’s it! I hope you enjoyed me ranking some of my favorite pieces! If you’d like to read more or show your support, the please consider liking, sharing, or commenting on this post. You can also donate to my get rich slow fund here.
Thank you for reading! More stories to come!

Completely agree in Room for rent! Before reading that one the Lay on top of nerdy friend was my fav tho 😏
1. Lists rule
2. Room for Rent is brilliant
3. Would never ask a non-erotica author, are these true, so that question always feels like a pick-up line to me
4. Would love a cooking anthology. Like, omg, hot. Especially if you listed the stories as 'Recipes' and worked the cookbook angle. I mean, it practically brands itself.
5. Thanks for sharing such fun stories.
